Global Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (Executive Recruitment): Leading global executive hiring for senior director-level and above roles with an accent on C-suite partnership, proactive sourcing, and diverse talent pipelines. Focus on guiding end-to-end executive searches, building talent maps, influencing senior stakeholders, and improving global talent acquisition processes.
Location: Onsite five days per week in the Fort Worth, Texas office. Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment lifecycle for senior director-level and above roles worldwide.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and external talent pipelines aligned with critical business capabilities.
- Partner with C-suite executives, senior leaders, HR, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and Communications throughout executive searches.
- Provide guidance and market insights on executive hiring strategies, talent mapping, and assessment.
- Embed fairness and inclusion into executive search and selection practices.
- Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives focused on tools, processes, hiring outcomes, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience; alternative education and experience combinations are accepted.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years of demonstrated leadership.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Progressive talent acquisition experience in a complex global organization, including end-to-end executive recruitment for C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with proactive talent mapping, market intelligence, executive search, and stakeholder influencing.
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in Fort Worth, Texas.
Nice to have
- Experience in a retained executive search firm.
- Degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in a global franchise business model or related industry.
- Additional language skills.
