Upgrade Plant Day Supervisor/Trainer

Location: Woodward, Oklahoma, United States; onsite plant role

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations and the plant operator training program, including progression-cycle training, continuing education, readiness evaluations, testing, and panel reviews.
• Manage and improve SOP/SOCL programs, LOTO forms, checklists, guidelines, reading sheets, and training materials.
• Plan operations activities for isolations, decontamination, shutdowns, startups, LOTO, outages, and turnarounds.
• Lead long-term improvement projects and support capital and project planning for the Upgrade plant.
• Support MOC development and provide operations leadership during plant-change implementation.
• Lead safety and environmental initiatives and coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Upgrade plant equipment, unit operations, procedures/SOCLs, operator responsibilities, and safe-operation indicators.
• Working knowledge of DCS, SIS, alarms, interlocks, and plant process control systems.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, prioritization, and change-leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving capability, including RCA, 5-Why, and cause-and-effect techniques.
• Computer proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and PI.
