Plant Engineering & Maintenance Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 109,104–159,104 annually for non-sales roles.

What you will do

• Lead plant engineering, maintenance, facilities, infrastructure reliability, and technical priorities.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, work management, root-cause problem solving, equipment reliability, and facility systems.
• Develop and manage annual and three-year capital plans, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, execution, capitalization, and closeout.
• Lead engineering contributions to productivity, OEE, cost reduction, quality, safety, environmental compliance, new products, packaging initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, equipment standards, drawings, studies, calculations, records, SOPs, and job aids.
• Coach engineering and maintenance employees, build technical capability, support succession planning, and collaborate with plant and functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent directly relevant experience.
• Significant manufacturing engineering and maintenance experience, including leadership of people, reliability systems, facilities, and capital projects.
• Knowledge of maintenance work management, project management, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, CMMS, and manufacturing or engineering information systems.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, financial, troubleshooting, prioritization, risk-management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to lead change, coach technical talent, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver accountable results.
