Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Salary: $78,100–$107,400 per year

What you will do

• Direct maintenance personnel, contractors, and vendors involved in installing, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and equipment.
• Schedule work assignments, track job status, clarify work orders, and maximize maintenance productivity.
• Troubleshoot emergency breakdowns involving computer-controlled production, product, and packaging equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis for major repairs and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support plant safety, reliability, GMP, food safety, 5S, KPI, and Daily Direction Setting programs.
• Train assigned mechanics, review performance, communicate goals, and manage employee and contractor relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must work onsite in Bloomfield, Connecticut, USA.
• Ability to enforce safety, quality, workplace conduct, attendance, GMP, and food safety policies.

Nice to have

• Maintenance supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree with manufacturing experience or Team Lead experience.
• PLC experience.
• SAP experience.
