Associate Manager, Maintenance (Food Manufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - Willard; onsite at a high-speed food manufacturing plant

Salary: $97,600–$134,200 annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement asset care and reliability strategies for plant manufacturing and utilities systems.
• Lead maintenance activities and provide technical support for equipment purchasing, maintenance, and improvements.
• Build team capability through training, development, resource planning, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Production, Sanitation, Distribution, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve plant KPIs.
• Plan maintenance expenses and capital initiatives while optimizing resources and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage maintenance risks, and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance, engineering practices, safety standards, and production operations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance, Six Sigma, or CMRP certification.
• Knowledge of CMMS such as SAP, storeroom and parts room operations, and MRO.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, sanitary equipment design, RCM, FMEA, and RCA.
• Experience in continuous operation environments and matrixed organizations.
