Troubleshooter Offshore Wind Energy (Ustka / Łeba)

Location: Onsite at offshore wind farms in Ustka and Łeba, Pomerania, Poland

What you will do

• Lead technician and troubleshooting teams during scheduled and unscheduled offshore maintenance.
• Coordinate service, repair, fault-finding, and turbine performance improvement activities.
• Promote safety leadership, report incidents and near misses, and ensure compliance with EHS and site requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians, customers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and improve wind farm reliability.
• Mentor technicians, provide onsite supervision, and deliver technical and safety Toolbox Talks.
• Maintain documentation and support Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Advanced Technician on the D7 platform or a comparable platform.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, team development, and customer or contractor collaboration skills.
• Practical knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience writing or reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MORS, and remote diagnostic tools.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
• Ability and willingness to work offshore, including helicopter transfers for crew changes and troubleshooting.
