Operations Team Lead (Distribution)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA; onsite, Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 p.m.–1:00 a.m., with possible overtime.

Salary: $23.60 per hour and up, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead operational and administrative activities for a major production department.
• Train, develop, and provide direction to hourly associates.
• Plan and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient completion of department activities.
• Monitor quality and productivity standards and address operational issues.
• Serve as the department contact for production-system questions and issues.
• Coordinate with other departments and support policy and payroll administration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience with PC-based applications.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• At least six months of experience involving physical activities such as walking, standing, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, reaching, and keyboarding.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on the specified second-shift schedule.
