Materials & Warehouse Supervisor - Crew A (Automotive)

Location: Warsaw Manufacturing Site, United States; permanent U.S. work authorization required

What you will do

• Supervise warehouse and material-handling staff, including shift scheduling, workforce planning, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Manage material flow, inventory control, storage, stock movement, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Coordinate purchase orders, replenishment schedules, supplier lead times, inbound shipments, and outbound logistics.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to track material availability, consumption, forecasting, and replenishment cycles.
• Apply Lean manufacturing principles, including Just-in-Time, Kanban, and pull systems.
• Resolve material shortages and supply chain disruptions while improving warehouse efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience, Master’s degree with 6 years, PhD with 3 years, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of warehouse management, materials supervision, or supply chain experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading warehouse teams and hourly material-handling personnel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, inventory control, and material availability forecasting.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
