Materials Coordinator (Automotive)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records for vehicle and original equipment manufacturer parts.
• Receive, label, store, and distribute parts according to operational requirements.
• Coordinate supplier and vendor orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock.
• Improve warehousing and parts-tracking processes in collaboration with operations and engineering teams.
• Store, handle, and dispose of hazardous materials safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Experience with automotive or technical parts is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills for vendor and internal coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and move materials within designated limits and perform routine warehouse tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
