Analyst, Vehicle EE System Validation

Location: Blythewood, South Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and occasional travel required

Salary: $70,000–$92,500 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus

hirify.global is developing electrified and digitized pickup trucks and rugged SUVs, including all-electric and range-extender powertrains.

What you will do

• Support issue identification, root-cause analysis, resolution, and tracking during vehicle commissioning in a production environment.
• Work hands-on with ECUs, diagnostic systems, software functions, and guided fault-finding processes on the shop floor.
• Participate in software qualification throughout product development and support software quality during pre-series and series production.
• Analyze commissioning, functional, and diagnostic errors; recommend corrective measures and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support production employee coaching and qualification sessions with technical analysis, documentation, and input on vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Prepare reports, evaluations, key figures, defect analyses, and actionable insights for process and system improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in automotive manufacturing engineering, production planning, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may substitute.
• Strong understanding of vehicle engineering, manufacturing processes, vehicle systems, and functions.
• Experience troubleshooting vehicle systems, analyzing problems, and working collaboratively across functions.
• Knowledge of C++, C#, Java, or similar programming languages is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for up to 4 hours.
