What you will do

• Lead root cause investigations and defect analysis for manufacturing and engineering quality issues.
• Perform HW/SW analysis, including log capture, PCB component investigations, and diagnostic trouble codes.
• Analyze warranty claims and quality data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Coordinate in-vehicle testing and support customer dealership visits and investigations.
• Report quality status to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ensure timely and compliant submission of customer-required documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, specifically with PCB analysis and ECU testing.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of quality tools: Minitab, PowerBI, Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why.
• Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic and international), including frequent local travel between Aliso Viejo, Irvine, and Fountain Valley.
