What you will do

• Act as the primary integration point across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment of software, hardware, and product requirements.
• Own systems integration and validation activities to ensure the platform meets design objectives.
• Define and develop metrics to verify that system and subsystem requirements are satisfied.
• Create and maintain polished requirement specifications suitable for OEM partner collaboration.
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs and conflicts throughout the development lifecycle.
• Perform FMEA analysis and track findings to resolution to ensure system safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive engineering working on software, hardware, or combined systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead system integration and validation across hardware and software domains.
• Working knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture and in-vehicle networking.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience supporting OEM platform programs or working directly with OEM partners.
• Knowledge of automotive technologies such as LIDAR, radar, ethernet, and CAN.
• Experience with requirements management tooling and requirement-based design.
• Background in startups or robotics.
