FP&A Manager (AI Healthcare)

Location: New York City, NY — on-site

What you will do

• Maintain dynamic budgets, budget-versus-actuals reporting, and weekly cash-position reporting.
• Own the end-to-end Ramp accounts-payable workflow, including invoice preparation, coding, routing, and process improvements.
• Build procurement controls, manage vendor renewals, and create cost models covering contract terms and payment structures.
• Coordinate vendor and consultant contracts with legal counsel.
• Support R&D tax credits, investor reporting, tax filings, corporate forms, and entity-level administration.
• Manage business insurance applications, renewals, policies, brokers, and healthcare-specific MSO/PC coverage.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a finance-adjacent role, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.
• At least 2 years of investment banking experience at a top financial institution or comparably rigorous program.
• Strong organizational, process-building, analytical, and financial reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently across finance, legal, HR, and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with financial tools and platforms; experience with Ramp, QuickBooks, or similar systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
