Lead Financial Analyst; Corporate FP&A (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid in Libertyville, Illinois, US; employees are expected to work from the office at least 4 days per week

Base pay: $96,000–$140,000 yearly, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Corporate Bonus Plan

What you will do

• Partner with business unit leaders and senior executives to support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
• Lead monthly close reporting, financial reviews, management reporting, and P&L analysis.
• Develop annual operating plans, projections, KPIs, scenarios, and operating cash flow analyses.
• Standardize financial reporting processes, templates, dashboards, and consolidated expense explanations.
• Use Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SAP, BPC, automation, and advanced analytics to improve financial solutions and reporting.
• Support cross-functional global projects and collaborate with Accounting and Center of Excellence teams on month-end close activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience; 8+ years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, financial modeling, complex formulas, OpEx planning, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, follow-up, and accuracy skills in a matrixed environment.
• Must work in the Libertyville hybrid office environment at least 4 days per week; travel is 10% or less.

Nice to have

• CPA or Master’s degree in Finance.
• Experience in the medical device industry.
