Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A - Divisional

Location: Northfield, Illinois, at the headquarters

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annually, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Own monthly financial results, trends, and key performance metrics across the full P&L for the EVS and Textiles divisions.
• Partner with division presidents and senior leaders to communicate results, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Review expenses, operating statements, COGS, product costs, overhead, and internal financial statements.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ROI modeling.
• Support pricing decisions, investments, strategic initiatives, monthly and quarterly financial reviews, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentor analysts, associate analysts, and project managers while improving analytical rigor and financial acumen.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• High school diploma.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PowerPivot, PowerQuery, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Power BI and Fabric.
• Experience working with an ERP system.
• Ability to work with divisional leaders and support complex financial analysis.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience partnering with operations or commercial teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting multiple divisions or product lines.
• Experience leading or supporting executive-level financial reviews.
