Implementation Specialist (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; remote within the UK with regular work expected in the London office

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for gift card-related products and services, including requirements gathering, project plans, milestones, risks, and deadlines.
• Communicate project status, documentation, challenges, and escalations to clients, stakeholders, management, and internal teams.
• Facilitate client meetings and training sessions onsite or virtually, helping customers adopt platform features and best practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, IT, Accounting, and support teams to deliver implementations and resolve customer inquiries.
• Support client business reviews, expansion opportunities, and additional revenue opportunities.
• Improve implementation processes to increase delivery quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Familiarity with project management software, tools, and techniques.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to learn SVS products fully and provide consultative client support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of web applications and web design.
• General IT knowledge covering systems, software, hardware, and telecommunications connectivity.
