What you will do

• Drive refresh and supplier-led line-extension projects through every stage-gate.
• Maintain accurate launch trackers and organize specifications, briefs, and approvals in team systems.
• Coordinate suppliers on samples, specifications, and timeline commitments, partnering with Sourcing on commercial topics.
• Prepare complete gate packages so reviews support clear decisions.
• Coordinate handoffs across engineering, design, claims and regulatory, testing, marketing, and operations.
• Capture post-launch results and lessons to improve future projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product development, sourcing, project coordination, CPG, or consumer hardware.
• Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to close open actions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Clear, direct communication with suppliers and internal partners.
• Curiosity about product manufacturing and consumer product categories.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
