Lead Talent Acquisition (GTM)

Location: Hybrid in France or the United Kingdom; EMEA-based

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 yearly OTE, with the final amount depending on experience; equity opportunity available

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles, including Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Revenue Operations, and Enablement.
• Partner with the Chief People Officer to structure and scale the talent acquisition function.
• Build hiring plans by forecasting roles, selecting tools, designing processes, and leading implementation.
• Manage recruiting resources, systems, and change management as the company grows.
• Educate stakeholders on recruiting best practices and establish structured hiring standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience recruiting for GTM or enterprise roles, including both BDR and Enterprise AE positions.
• Experience structuring or scaling a talent acquisition function in a high-growth technology company.
• Strong project management skills, including creating hiring plans with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high recruiting standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence challenging stakeholders when needed.
• High data and AI literacy, including daily use of AI for sourcing, messaging, and market mapping, plus familiarity with hiring KPIs.
