Senior Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at hirify.global offices or client sites for most of the week.

What you will do

• Own the full hiring lifecycle, from market mapping and sourcing through offers and onboarding.
• Identify, engage, and attract experienced talent, with a strong focus on technology, data, and AI engineering roles.
• Manage end-to-end requisitions in the ATS and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on sourcing strategies, interview design, and hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines, use data to track recruiting performance, and improve hiring processes.
• Lead knowledge-sharing, recruiting innovation, automation experiments, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring technology talent and enthusiasm for data and AI engineering recruitment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder engagement, and talent advisory skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, consultative, and problem-solving approach.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the intended country of employment.

• Recruiting experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking, technology, or private equity.
