Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and business leaders and advise on hiring strategies, market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and jurisdictions, including specialist, niche, and high-volume vacancies.
• Source and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, and talent mapping.
• Develop talent pipelines, assess candidates against technical requirements and competencies, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, use recruitment analytics and market intelligence, and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
• Manage offer negotiations and support the Talent Acquisition Manager through knowledge sharing, coaching, and recruitment excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience delivering 360, end-to-end recruitment in professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex global environment.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and jurisdictions, including exposure to C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, stakeholder management, and consultative recruitment skills.
• Experience developing strategic talent pipelines and applying fair, consistent selection methodologies.
• Confidence using applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, metrics, and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication, organisation, relationship-building, coaching, and mentoring skills.
