Manager, Finance

Location: Universal City, California, United States; hybrid work with a minimum of four days per week in the office.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage annual revenue budgets, monthly pacing, and strategic long-range planning for international television distribution revenues.
• Analyze revenue trends across linear, premium pay, subscription video-on-demand, and ad-based video-on-demand platforms.
• Develop and maintain deal analyses and financial models for local and global distribution partners, including Netflix and Amazon.
• Review financial results against plans, identify key financial drivers, and track performance indicators.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc reporting and special projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements while collaborating with Sales, Sales Administration, Sales Strategy, Controllership, and Information Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, judgment, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to work from the Universal City office at least four days per week under the hybrid arrangement.
