What you will do

• Own the analytical workstream for acquisitions from strategic-fit assessment through diligence and approval.
• Build investment cases by combining financial analysis, diligence findings, and commercial context.
• Assess value drivers, risks, integration considerations, and whether deals should progress.
• Support fundraising through investor meeting preparation, financial models, and analysis.
• Help sharpen hirify.global’s equity story and explain how capital supports growth.
• Work closely with the Head of Corporate Development, Head of M&A, and founders across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Higher education from a top-tier university.
• Experience in investment banking M&A, strategy consulting focused on commercial due diligence or transactions, private equity, investing, family offices, or corporate development in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, including building models from scratch and stress-testing assumptions.
• Strong commercial judgement, problem-solving ability, curiosity, and customer-centric thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
