What you will do

• Evaluate the risks and economic implications of structured lending transactions.
• Underwrite and manage loans for private wealth management clients, including commercial real estate and other specialized collateral.
• Work with regional lending and private wealth management teams to develop solutions within acceptable bank risk parameters.
• Document loan structures, credit analyses, approvals, policy exceptions, and file records.
• Monitor loan covenants, collateral, risk ratings, and compliance with underwriting standards.
• Communicate with clients, credit risk teams, banking regulators, and wider EMEA personnel.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services and private wealth management.
• Experience in commercial real estate, structured lending, credit risk, or underwriting is preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of financial accounting, analysis, modeling, and structured wealth products.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA or FRM qualification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, organization, and multitasking skills.
• No licensing is required for this role.
