About the Role

You will support priority investment-banking initiatives and produce tailored FinTech industry research. You will conduct financial and qualitative due diligence, assess product-market fit, perform valuation analyses, research transactions and market trends, prepare market-facing materials, and support senior bankers in business-development discussions.

Requirements

• Be a 2026 undergraduate.
• Have a GPA of 3.30 or higher or UK equivalent.
• Demonstrate strong interest in finance, consulting, research, and FinTech.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate data management and research capabilities.
• Currently reside in New York or be prepared to relocate at your own expense.
• Hold UK work authorization; work-visa sponsorship is not available at application or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on high-growth FinTech companies, including valuation analyses such as DCFs, public comparables, and precedent transactions.
• Engage with FinTech founders, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and finance executives to understand strategies, product roadmaps, acquisition interests, and capital needs.
• Use proprietary databases and alternative data sources to identify emerging FinTech trends.
• Research M&A and private capital-raising transactions and produce reports.
• Develop sell-side pitches and analyses of FinTech investment and acquisition activity.
• Support senior bankers in developing and executing business-development strategies and facilitate discussions with senior executives and board-level contacts.
