Senior Associate, Investments UK, Ireland & Nordics (Real Estate)

Location: London, United Kingdom; employees are expected to work at least four full days each week in the advertised office.

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans for a residential real estate portfolio to maximise asset value and performance.
• Lead leasing initiatives, operational improvements, capital projects, and asset-level strategy.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment underwriting using Argus, Yardi, and Excel.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, due diligence, quarterly valuations, and portfolio management decisions.
• Analyse budgets, forecasts, market benchmarks, risks, and opportunities, and prepare reporting for senior management and investment committees.
• Integrate ESG+R objectives and regulatory requirements while working with property managers, consultants, advisers, and joint venture partners.

Requirements

• Significant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a related property sector.
• Strong residential asset management experience, ideally with investment or transactional exposure.
• Advanced financial modelling, analytical, valuation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Argus, Yardi, Microsoft Office, and particularly Excel.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, lease structures, and real estate performance metrics.
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• MRICS, CFA, or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
