Associate Corporate Development (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead M&A transactions across sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Lead strategic and venture investments from origination through execution and portfolio management.
• Support strategic projects, new market entries, internal due diligence, and strategic reviews.
• Conduct sector, market, competitive, and customer economics analysis.
• Build and analyse operating models, DCFs, returns analyses, cohort analyses, and unit economics models.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for investment and executive committees and the Board.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Strong experience executing M&A transactions and investments.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.
• Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming, casino, technology, sports betting, or entertainment.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Experience with customer retention strategies.
• Additional European or African languages and a master’s degree.
