IT Automation Specialist (Agentic AI) (Terraform/Ansible): Designing and maintaining scalable infrastructure automation for cloud and on-premises environments with an accent on Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and enterprise Ansible orchestration. Focus on integrating agentic AI, CI/CD, monitoring, and ticketing systems while solving complex production automation issues.

What you will do
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform and OpenTofu for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management, application deployment, and system patching.
- Architect and optimize enterprise Ansible Tower/AWX implementations, including RBAC, credential management, dynamic inventory, and workflow orchestration.
- Lead the adoption of agentic AI capabilities for IT operations and decision automation.
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and ticketing platforms.
- Establish automation standards, review infrastructure code, troubleshoot production issues, and document architectures and runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure and systems administration experience.
- Expert proficiency with Terraform and/or OpenTofu, including complex infrastructure state management.
- Advanced Ansible expertise and production experience with Ansible Tower or AWX.
- Strong Python programming skills for custom modules, plugins, and automation scripts.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, public cloud platforms including Azure and GCP, and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical documentation skills; a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing agentic AI solutions for IT operations automation.
- Knowledge of CMDB, ServiceNow integrations, GitOps, ArgoCD, or Flux.
- Infrastructure or cloud certifications and open-source contributions.
