Senior AI Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote initially; candidates must be based outside Russia and be open to relocating to Latin America, such as Argentina or Uruguay, after the trial period. Full relocation support is provided.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client implementations, including SQL DataMarts, custom pipelines, Martech Recipes, Attribution, and DataPrep.
• Build and maintain automated analytics workflows using AI tools, scripting, and modern data-stack technologies.
• Troubleshoot production data pipelines, resolve data-quality issues, and handle client-facing technical escalations.
• Replace manual processes with scalable AI-driven solutions and contribute to reliable AI agents.
• Collaborate with Product, BI, and CSM/TCS teams on architecture and client data requirements.
• Document transformation processes and contribute to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience applying AI tools to automate analytics or data workflows, including prompt engineering and agentic coding.
• Proven product ownership or product management experience with the ability to take problems from definition to delivery independently.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on ETL/ELT pipeline experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or ClickHouse.
• Experience building and scaling reliable AI agents and troubleshooting production data pipelines.
• Experience with marketing or revenue data.
• Availability to work full US Eastern Time (ET) hours and relocate to Latin America after the trial period.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt or similar transformation tooling.
• Python for data processing and automation.
• Direct client experience with technical requirements.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset.
