Sr. FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote in the UK, Ireland, or Toronto

Salary: CA$129,600–CA$146,538 base salary per year

What you will do

• Partner with GTM, Operations, Marketing, Product, and senior business leaders on resource allocation, commercial strategy, and investment optimization.
• Analyze GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn, and other metrics to generate actionable recommendations.
• Support business cases for pricing strategy, market and product expansion, and new launches.
• Develop forecasting models, management reporting, and decision-oriented dashboards.
• Build visibility into transaction-based revenue across customer segments, geographies, and products.
• Support board-level reporting and strategic narratives with the Director of FP&A and VP of Finance.

Requirements

• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect financial data with business outcomes.
• Established stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting complex financial concepts to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Experience with SaaS, payments, or transaction-based business models is relevant.
• Comfort working with complexity, ambiguity, data quality challenges, and evolving planning tools such as Pigment.
• Strong attention to detail, executive presence, mentoring ability, and a consistent focus on high-quality delivery.
