Confirmed FP&A Analyst

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 2 days at the office per week

What you will do

• Forecast, budget and analyze the financial performance of Engineering, Product and Growth departments.
• Provide financial business partnering to Engineering and support Carpooling, Bus Marketplace, Train, Product and Marketing teams.
• Present financial results to management and prepare ad hoc analyses and reports.
• Develop and maintain commercial reporting for Carpooling, Bus Marketplace and Train.
• Coordinate monthly reporting with FP&A and Accounting teams and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Review costs, personnel expenses and Engineering contracts to maintain financial discipline and favorable financial terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, econometrics or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of previous finance experience; FP&A experience is strongly preferred.
• Analytical mindset, strong business acumen and strong communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to understand financial processes, collect data and perform analysis.
• Full working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced French.
• Experience in a technology company.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Pigment, TM1 or Anaplan, or BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
