Financial Planning & Analysis Reporting Controller

What you will do

• Coordinate monthly group consolidation reporting for Finance leadership and Group Finance.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data, compliance with consolidation procedures, and adherence to reporting deadlines.
• Design, implement, and roll out standardized reports for headquarters, regional controllers, and the wider Controlling department.
• Coordinate and document accounting closing and annual financial planning processes, including responsibilities and deadlines.
• Review controller submissions, provide qualitative insights, and identify improvements to reporting relevance and efficiency.
• Support the implementation and adoption of financial information systems and reporting tools.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience in a CAC 40 company or a similar multinational, multi-site group is highly valued.
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance or related experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfort working with Oracle, SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, or similar financial systems.
