Agile Delivery (Scrum Master) Internship - Spring & Summer 2027

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; 40 hours per week in-office

What you will do

• Support Agile product development and delivery in a cross-functional environment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders on delivery coordination and planning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help implement delivery processes.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, dependencies, impediments, and emerging issues.
• Track delivery metrics and prepare reporting using Jira, Confluence, and other delivery tools.
• Contribute to process improvements that increase flow, transparency, effectiveness, and predictability.

Requirements

• Interest in process improvement and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program, or graduating in May/Spring; must be a junior or senior by credit hours.
• Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week in-office in Jacksonville, Florida.
• Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship.
• Clear communication skills and interest in developing professional presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or familiarity with Agile principles, delivery processes, Jira, or Confluence.
