Project Manager

Location: Office-based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and completion of small to medium-sized projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, and schedules with business unit managers and project sponsors.
• Assemble and manage project teams while coordinating stakeholders across one or more business lines.
• Identify risks, implement changes, monitor progress, and communicate project status.
• Ensure team members are effectively managed and project deliverables meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong organization, multitasking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Current full-time work authorization in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification.
• Project Management certification.
• At least 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Microsoft Excel.
