What you will do

• Support project planning by maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, status updates, and communications across project stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, issues, action items, and potential project variances.
• Prepare project reports, data analyses, leadership presentations, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with business, product, operations, and technology teams to support project delivery.
• Participate in process improvement, change management, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Rising senior graduating between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and their application to productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Current and future visa sponsorship are not available for this position.
