AI Strategist (AI strategy and transformation): Defining high-impact AI use cases, ROI assessments, and end-to-end implementation roadmaps for private- and public-sector clients with an accent on strategic analysis, transformation oversight, and executive advisory. Focus on leading multidisciplinary teams, guiding AI implementation programmes, and conducting commercial and technical due diligence of AI target companies.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance at least two days a week

What you will do
- Advise C-suite executives and senior stakeholders on strategic AI opportunities and business challenges.
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases, estimate ROI, and create implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
- Lead large-scale AI transformation programmes and integrate solutions into business processes.
- Develop performance measurement frameworks for AI initiatives and track business value.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams of approximately 3–10 consultants, AI experts, developers, designers, data engineers, and agile coaches.
- Support business development and lead commercial and technical due diligence of AI target companies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, preferably in engineering, science, or another technical or related field.
- 8+ years of post-university technology- and strategy-related experience in professional services, blue-chip, industry, or startup environments.
- Two years of managerial experience in top-tier strategy consulting or senior managerial experience in IT consulting.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities combined with a passion for technology.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to work from the London office at least two days per week under the hybrid working model.
