Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, a client site, or the Amsterdam office is available.

What you will do

• Join the Energy team and contribute to consulting assignments across a changing energy market.
• Support forecasting, data analytics, market entry studies, operational optimization, and energy-transition projects.
• Work as a Business Analyst or PMO on client projects.
• Define and analyze client requirements for proposed solutions.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to identify effective solutions and build knowledge of the energy sector.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• 0–3 years of consulting experience; junior candidates are welcome.
• Strong interest in energy, data, and AI-related topics.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the energy sector or related consulting assignments.
• Fluent German.
