Senior Analytics & Insights Associate (Healthcare)

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Support project-based strategic planning engagements covering service line growth, ambulatory networks, facilities, and healthcare systems.
• Conduct advanced analyses, market scans, market sizing, market share reviews, and service line growth assessments.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic recommendations for business planning and executive decision-making.
• Use hirify.global/Sg2, state data, and Strata platforms to develop analyses and client deliverables.
• Create data visualizations, visual narratives, and client presentations while communicating methodologies, findings, and data limitations.
• Validate data, calculations, methodologies, and analytical outputs; troubleshoot discrepancies with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, database, spreadsheet, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred; experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau is preferred.
