Market Insights Analyst

Location: Hybrid schedule required: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote in Lincolnshire, Illinois or Holtsville, New York, United States

Salary: $68,400–$102,600 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 5% of base pay.

What you will do

• Translate business needs into appropriate research designs with support from senior team members.
• Deliver vertical reports using pivot tables, graphs, and other stakeholder-focused formats.
• Support business units and marketing teams with intelligence and research requests.
• Apply analytical, problem-solving, research, and quantitative analysis techniques to generate recommendations.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, solutions, and analyst teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, management, marketing, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical skills, including data cleaning, preparation, and analysis.
• Ability to present data in a visually compelling format and work independently.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work the required hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, Illinois or Holtsville, New York.

• Knowledge of Power BI and SQL.
