What you will do
- Lead complex digital projects from inception through delivery, aligning scope, objectives, and outcomes with business goals and customer needs.
- Oversee large-scale cloud migration initiatives and optimize the performance of cloud-based applications.
- Guide the development of web and mobile applications and API design and development for seamless platform integration.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, project communication, risks, issues, and expectations throughout delivery lifecycles.
- Establish project management and digital delivery best practices while driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Experience delivering complex digital solutions and large-scale projects, particularly cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in API design, system integration, digital technologies, and trends relevant to the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Extensive experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale projects.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
