What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate the delivery of complex digital projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee large-scale cloud migration initiatives to ensure optimal application performance.

• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and refine best practices for project management and digital solution delivery.
• Spearhead API design and development initiatives for seamless platform integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT sector, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven track record in delivering complex digital solutions and large-scale cloud migrations.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies and trends relevant to the insurance sector.
• Expertise in API design, development, and system integration best practices.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies in large-scale project environments.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
