What you will do

• Collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for EMEA reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics.
• Support sales and marketing teams with industry research, competitive intelligence, market and customer segmentation, and product development insights.
• Create, maintain, and analyze EMEA market data using trending, data visualization, and statistical methods.
• Manage internal EMEA research initiatives, coordinate with suppliers, monitor research archives, and communicate findings.
• Identify knowledge gaps and address strategic business needs through market analytics.
• Build and maintain industry demand forecast models using competitive benchmarking and internal intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in analytics, customer insights, marketing analysis, qualitative or quantitative research, or consulting.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills, including the ability to contribute to executive-level discussions.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and conclusions, think critically, and develop solutions in a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and database warehousing applications, plus experience with statistical modeling tools such as SPSS or SAS.
