What you will do
- Manage daily business process transactions and operational teams.
- Implement improvements that increase productivity and quality.
- Guide senior analysts and analysts in their daily work.
- Collaborate with senior management on process strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, quality, and compliance objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience with business process transactions, management, and optimization.
- Ability to use industry knowledge and technology to support continuous improvement.
- Work is based in Taguig City, Philippines, with a work model prioritizing in-person collaboration.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Six Sigma or PMP certification.
