Engineering Manager (AI/AutoReview)

Location: Remote position open in Canada and the US

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support the engineers building AutoReview.
• Partner with Product to define priorities, assess feasibility, scope initiatives, and create realistic timelines.
• Maintain technical context across projects to identify risks, dependencies, and questionable assumptions early.
• Help deliver DFM checks, assembly analysis, clash detection, BOM consolidation, clearance analysis, and bulk review workflows.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Applied ML as technical ownership and approaches evolve.
• Provide clarity, meaningful ownership, and support as priorities change with customer insight, technical developments, and advances in AI and ML.

Requirements

• Experience managing software engineers in a technically complex product domain.
• Strong foundation in modern web application and software architecture.
• Experience partnering with Product on roadmap planning, technical feasibility, estimation, and prioritization.
• Ability to navigate evolving AI and ML technologies and understand their impact on product and architecture decisions.
• Ability to learn quickly, make thoughtful decisions, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Experience with geometric processing, 3D or CAD applications, graphics, or similar technical systems is valuable.
