PPC Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Own the cross-platform PPC strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
• Run campaigns end to end, including keyword research, ad creation, bid optimization, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
• Use AI for research, ad copy generation, creative briefs, anomaly detection, reporting, and campaign iteration while validating its output.
• Analyze performance through Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Looker Studio, and Excel to drive acquisition decisions.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, creative, landing pages, and user flows.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and keyword opportunities to improve the acquisition strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience owning PPC and app marketing campaigns.
• Practical expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Daily experience using AI to automate and accelerate marketing workflows, with the judgment to identify incorrect output.
• Ability to write conversion-focused ad copy and brief designers for matching creative.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Gibraltar, UK.
