Associate Director, Commerce (eCommerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver client eCommerce accounts across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Act as the main campaign activation point of contact for clients.
• Manage projects against briefs, schedules, and budgets.
• Deliver and optimize eCommerce campaigns while overseeing reporting.
• Line-manage junior team members and support their work and development.
• Improve ways of working in line with OpenMind processes and vision.

Requirements

• Established senior experience in an eCommerce environment.
• Specialist knowledge of retail and commerce media.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of strategic and tactical eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
• Proactive, inquisitive approach with the ability to lead and inspire others.
