Project Manager - Front Office Trading Analytics (Energy Trading)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of front-office trading analytics capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with traders, senior front-office stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and Trading IT teams.
• Translate commercial and strategic priorities into coordinated delivery plans, clear scope, sequencing, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage the full change lifecycle from initiation and agile delivery through operational readiness.
• Manage resources, budgets, suppliers, dependencies, risks, and financial transparency across the Energy Transition portfolio.
• Support adoption of new technologies and practical AI-enabled software development practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex technology and business change in a fast-moving commercial environment.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge constructively, facilitate difficult conversations, and drive clear decisions.
• Experience working with traders, commercial stakeholders, product managers, and engineers.
• Strong understanding of trading processes, market operations, and supporting technology, ideally in energy, commodities, or financial markets.
• Experience managing delivery risks, resources, budgets, suppliers, dependencies, and operational readiness.
