hirify.global is building software and AI solutions to modernize manual systems in Testing, Inspection, and Certification companies across industries such as healthcare, aerospace, and energy.

What you will do

• Work alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff on the company's highest-priority problems.
• Prepare fundraising materials, financial analyses, and executive-ready documents.
• Work through legal, regulatory, and market-access questions for new countries.
• Own unassigned functions and operational workstreams until permanent ownership is established.
• Support enterprise sales, product, fundraising, and operations initiatives.
• Close work independently, verify details, and surface unresolved issues.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, a fast-growing startup, or a similarly demanding environment.
• Exceptional academic and professional track record.
• Strong structured thinking, organization, written communication, Excel, and presentation skills.
• AI-native approach to work, using AI tools to increase speed and productivity.
• High ownership, attention to detail, bias to action, and willingness to handle both strategic and detailed operational work.
• Ability to work full time in person from the Shoreditch office in London.

Nice to have

• European language skills, particularly German or French.
