Senior Project Manager (AGI & Interfaces)

What you will do

• Lead delivery of all Above Ground Installation works for the Liverpool Bay Carbon Capture Scheme.
• Manage a team of approximately 100 direct employees, specialist subcontractors, and delivery partners.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between AGIs, pipeline systems, and third-party stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, resources, procurement, construction, safety, quality, programme, and cost performance.
• Define and manage battery limits and interface responsibilities across multiple work packages.
• Support bids, project mobilisation, system improvements, workforce development, and future business opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in energy, utilities, pipelines, oil and gas, or major infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of large, technically complex construction projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of high-pressure gaseous systems, pipeline infrastructure, and related facilities.
• Contractual and commercial awareness, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Incorporated Engineer status or equivalent industry experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with carbon capture, gas transmission, hydrogen, or energy transition projects.
• Previous experience in EPC delivery environments.
