Terminal Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Budbee Netherlands; onsite terminal operations

Salary: €2,800 gross per month, typically €3,200–€3,300 gross per month with shift allowances, plus an 8% annual holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and motivate Terminal Workers to achieve shift goals.
• Oversee accurate processing of deliveries, returns, and locker restocking.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive terminal environment.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with Terminal Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and support drivers and other delivery teams.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and nights.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
