Special Projects Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY, USA; in-office work is expected

Base compensation: $200,000+ per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-native ERP and operating system for finance that automates accounting workflows from data entry through close.

What you will do

• Drive the full product lifecycle for a new product area, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
• Define the product strategy, roadmap, metrics, and customer signals for the area.
• Translate complex accounting workflows into clear product requirements and represent the customer in strategic decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design on technical trade-offs, reliability, accuracy, and usability.
• Work with product marketing, go-to-market, and sales on customer insights and launches.
• Improve internal processes and tooling that help the team ship quickly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI and machine learning to real product workflows, including shipping LLM-powered features to production.
• Strong ownership, high agency, clear communication, and the ability to organize multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to work in person in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain and AI coding or assistant tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
• Accounting, ERP, or fintech experience.
• An MBA, experience with business stakeholders, or a technical background in computer science or engineering.
