Union Relations Lead (Health Tech)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid setup. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with French unions, federations, paritariste institutions, and other social partners.
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and define engagement strategies at confederal, federal, and branch levels.
• Represent hirify.global in federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions.
• Support Enterprise and Public Sector teams by providing social-partner context, introductions, and relevant content.
• Anticipate developments in sector-level social dialogue and advise leadership on strategic implications.
• Build knowledge bases, engagement frameworks, AI-enabled tools, and competitive intelligence for scaled commercial operations.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations, union organizations, federations, paritariste institutions, mutuals, IPs, or insurers.
• Credibility and proven ability to engage federation leadership as a peer.
• Deep knowledge of the French paritariste ecosystem, branch agreements, confederal mandates, and social protection reforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with social partners and manage senior stakeholders with discretion.
• Ability to translate products and strategy into compelling narratives for social-partner audiences.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris.

Nice to have

• Confederal or federal elected or permanent experience.
• Experience inside a paritariste institution or sector federation.
• Legal background in French social law and ability to read collective agreements.
• International experience with European social dialogue.
• Experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.
